Who is responsible

KAMTOBE CREATIONS LIMITED, trading as The Prompt Shelf, is responsible for the personal information described in this notice. Contact us at hello@kamtobecreations.com.

What we collect

Free planners download directly and do not require an email address. When a planner link or checkout link is selected, we record the event type, market edition, page, time, destination, and campaign parameters supplied in the URL. We do not use cookies or local storage for this first-party journey record, and we do not attach an email address to those anonymous events.

If you separately join the optional email list, we collect your email address, selected market, consent time, source page, and campaign parameters. We preserve the first recorded source and separately update the latest source. If you unsubscribe, we retain the minimum suppression record needed to respect that choice.

If you buy through Gumroad, Gumroad processes checkout and payment information. We may receive a limited sale record, including product, price, currency, sale status, campaign parameters, and a one-way hash of the buyer email for reconciliation. We do not store card details on this website.

Why we use it

We rely on your consent to send optional marketing emails. We rely on our legitimate interests to secure the site, prevent abuse, measure which owned campaigns lead to planner downloads or checkout visits, reconcile verified sales, and improve the usefulness of our content. You may object to processing based on legitimate interests by contacting us.

Services and international transfers

Cloudflare hosts the website and database and may process technical request data for delivery and security. Cloudflare Web Analytics provides aggregate, privacy-focused website measurements. Gumroad operates product checkout and delivery under its own privacy terms. These providers may process information outside your country. Where required, we rely on applicable adequacy arrangements or contractual safeguards supplied by those providers.

How long we keep it

We retain active marketing subscription records until you withdraw consent or for up to 24 months after your last recorded interaction, after which we delete or anonymize them unless a legal obligation requires longer retention. We retain anonymous journey events for up to 24 months. Sale and accounting records may be retained for the period required by tax, accounting, fraud-prevention, or legal obligations. Unsubscribe suppression records are retained only as long as needed to prevent unwanted marketing.

Your choices and rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, or receive a copy of your personal information, and to object to certain processing. You may withdraw marketing consent at any time through the unsubscribe page or by emailing us. Withdrawing consent does not affect earlier lawful processing.

We do not sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioural advertising. To make a privacy request, email hello@kamtobecreations.com. We may ask for proportionate information to verify the request.

Complaints

Please contact us first so we can address the issue. UK users may also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office. Canadian users may contact the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada. Australian users may contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner. Other users may contact their local privacy regulator.

Professional information

The Prompt Shelf provides drafting tools and educational resources. Do not submit client confidential information through the calendar form. Real estate professionals remain responsible for local advertising, privacy, fair housing, consumer-protection, brokerage, and professional requirements.
